Guest have access to entire 2 stories above the commercial space on the ground level. Roof access (for maintenance) is off-limits and locked. Gym Access: Guests have complimentary access to a nearby fitness center with our building’s key fob. It includes cardio equipment, free weights, and machines.

Queen bed, reading chair with light, large closet, hook for hanging robe/towel, Ethernet port. BEDROOM 2: Located on the third floor. Full bed with twin trundle bed (under the full size bed), bedside light, closet, hook for hanging robe/towel. BEDROOM 3: Located on the third floor. Queen Murphy bed, smart TV, chairs, reading lamp, closet, hook for hanging robe/towel. BEDROOM 4: Located on the second floor. Twin bed, bedside light Ethernet port, hook for hanging robe/ towel. 2 FULL BATHROOMS: walk- in showers, lighted mirror, hair dryer, first aid kit in downstairs bathroom. EXTRA BEDS: memory foam floor mattresses, 2 queen and 1 twin size. KITCHEN: refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, pots/pans, cooking utensils. LIVING ROOM: smart TV, Queen sofa sleeper. GAME ROOM: Large area with skylights on top floor, has wet bar, mini frige, Sofa and chairs, smart TV, pool table, cards and games. LAUNDRY ROOM: has large washer and dryer with iron and ironing board. SECURITY: 1 motion activated security camera located by the front door facing the street. The camera and its data will only be used for the sole purpose of protecting and securing our property. Originally constructed as a bank in 1925, the building served a variety of office needs for downtown Memphis for nearly a century. In the early 2000s, the last office space, a law firm, was vacated and the building sat empty for 10 years. The building has been converted into a condo on the upper two floors and a retail space on the first floor. Tall ceilings, exposed brick walls, natural light, and multiple levels and a mezzanine all contributed to create exciting spatial qualities throughout the living spaces. The upper floor which was originally designed as a ballroom and then later used as a ballet studio with its hardwood floors, has enormous light monitors that were reconditioned to create an open space for entertaining as well as play or relaxation. Bedrooms bookend this open space for an exciting living experience.

First Place Parking Garage is on 2nd St. (just around the corner) South of Madison Ave-open for public parking weekdays after 6:00pm and weekends Friday after 6:00 pm through Sunday $10 per day.
